1. Efficient Hot Pressing

The hot pressing process adopts a dual-actuator design, efficient and precise. The surface of the hot pressing plate is coated with ceramic composite 

and equipped with a vacuum breaking process to prevent pole sticking.


2. Flexible Tab Welding

The tab welding process adopts a floating pressure mechanism for flexible clamping to prevent cover damage. The welding protection plate supports 

automatic replacement, and adopts circular spot welding with diverse welding paths for stable and reliable welding quality.


3. Real-time Shell Insertion Monitoring

Real-time monitoring, automatic adjustment, calibration, and recording of shell insertion pressure to prevent overpressure, rebound, and damage to 

workpieces. It features a fully sealed dust removal chamber to ensure shell insertion quality from all angles.


4. Cover Welding with Autonomous Protection

The cover welding is equipped with a welding protection device with autonomous replacement function. Welding parameters are automatically measured 

and calibrated. Turbo-type dust suction device is used for efficient and high-quality welding with circular spot welding.


5. Seal Pin Welding with Advanced Technology

Seal pin welding adopts self-developed pulse laser with stable output power. During spot welding and full welding process, seal pins do not deform. 

It is equipped with real-time monitoring of coaxial dust removal and 3D visual inspection to ensure welding quality.
