This equipment is designed for mass production of rectangular cells with quad pole stacking. It offers precise hot pressing with a dual-actuator design and ceramic-coated plates to prevent pole sticking. The tab welding process ensures flexible clamping to prevent cover damage, while the hopper allows continuous loading of Mylar film. Real-time monitoring of shell insertion pressure and autonomous welding protection ensure consistent quality. Additionally, seal pin welding with a stable pulse laser and real-time monitoring guarantee high-quality welds.

1. Efficient Hot Pressing

The hot pressing process adopts a dual-actuator design, efficient and precise. The surface of the hot pressing plate is coated with ceramic composite and equipped 

with a vacuum breaking process to prevent pole sticking.


2. Flexible Tab Welding

The tab welding process adopts a floating pressure mechanism for flexible clamping to prevent cover damage. The welding protection plate supports automatic 

replacement, and adopts circular spot welding with diverse welding paths for stable and reliable welding quality.


3. Continuous Mylar Film Loading

Supports continuous loading of Mylar film without stopping the machine. The hopper has sufficient capacity, eliminating the risk of suctioning multiple pieces at once 

or failing to suction. The hot melt temperature, time, and pressure can be set with high temperature stability and long service life. The fusion area is ≥80%, with no 

defects such as pulling, melting, or false welding, and the stacking process does not shift.


4. Real-time Shell Insertion Monitoring

Real-time monitoring, automatic adjustment, calibration, and recording of shell insertion pressure to prevent overpressure, rebound, and damage to workpieces. It 

features a fully sealed dust removal chamber to ensure shell insertion quality from all angles.


5. Cover Welding with Autonomous Protection

The cover welding is equipped with a welding protection device with autonomous replacement function. Welding parameters are automatically measured and 

calibrated. Turbo-type dust suction device is used for efficient and high-quality welding with circular spot welding.


6. Seal Pin Welding with Advanced Technology

Seal pin welding adopts self-developed pulse laser with stable output power. During spot welding and full welding process, seal pins do not deform. It is equipped with 

real-time monitoring of coaxial dust removal and 3D visual inspection to ensure welding quality.
