(1) Pre-sale service

(2) Sales service
  After the contract is signed, we are responsible for designing and manufacturing equipment in strict accordance with the terms of the contract technical indicators, responsible for installation and commissioning at your site, and responsible for training 2-3 of your operation and maintenance personnel. The training content includes laser principles, equipment construction, and technology Instructions, equipment maintenance, laser safety protection, operating procedures and simple troubleshooting.
(3) After-sales service
  1. From the date of purchase, the equipment will be maintained and upgraded with free software for life;
  2. The equipment arrives at your site, our after-sales service staff arrives with you to assist customers in configuring water, electricity, gas and equipment installation;
  3. Carry out system training on the whole equipment to ensure that your operators have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment and basic operation and daily maintenance;
  4. One year free warranty from the date of acceptance (except for xenon lamps, lenses and other consumables). Equipment failures caused by abnormal factors such as equipment relocation, man-made, and external force majeure are not covered by the warranty. One year later, it is responsible for lifelong maintenance of the equipment.
  5.
